Color Pop is developed by Connor Woodall. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the app and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Color Pop does not collect your name, email address, or other contact information. The following data is collected automatically by third-party SDKs the app uses:

Usage data — app events such as level starts, completions, and failures, collected by Firebase Analytics to help understand how the app is used.
Crash and diagnostic data — crash reports and performance data collected by Firebase Crashlytics and Google AdMob to help identify bugs and improve ad delivery.
Advertising data — your device's approximate location, device identifier, and ad interaction data used by Google AdMob and its advertising partners (currently Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize) for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. Color Pop will ask for permission to track you across apps and websites using Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you grant permission, these partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve you personalized ads based on your interests across other apps and websites. If you deny permission or do not grant it, only non-personalized, contextual ads will be shown; your data will not be used for cross-app targeting. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Game Center data — your Game Center alias, achievement progress, and leaderboard scores, shared with Apple to power leaderboards and achievements within the app.
Purchase information — whether you have purchased the Remove Ads in-app purchase, processed by Apple and used only to unlock the relevant feature.

Usage, crash, and diagnostic data are not linked to your name or contact information. If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and associated ad interaction data may be linked to your device for the purpose of personalized advertising by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Your saved game state (coin balance, powerup inventory, and level progress) is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account and is not shared with any third-party service.

Data collected by Google, Unity, and Liftoff is processed on their own servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Each operates under its own data protection frameworks.

Your Rights

Color Pop has no backend servers and holds no personal data itself. All data described in this policy is held exclusively by Google (Firebase, AdMob), Unity, Liftoff, or Apple (Game Center, StoreKit). To request access to or deletion of that data, use the tools provided directly by those services:

We do not sell personal information. California residents may contact us at the email below with privacy questions and we will direct you to the appropriate provider.

Children's Privacy

Color Pop is not directed to children under 13. The app does not collect any personal information directly. All data collected is described in the Information We Collect section above. Parents can review or revoke ad tracking permission at any time via Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking › Color Pop.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will update that date; continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
